These playhouses are very heavy, and a walk-behind-skid steer may be required for your installation. While the crew will do their best, the machine may leave skid marks in your yard. This is considered an acceptable risk. For best results, choose level ground for the location of your A-frame playhouse. The roof is waterproof, but the more items you add to the playhouse walls, the more area for rain to slip between the fun thing and the wall.
